Despite the name, Cozy Canine Camp offers a comprehensive cat boarding experience for all our feline campers. If you’re leaving on a trip or need a place to board your cat for a few days during an emergency, our Kitty Korner is the purrfect place for you.
The Kitty Korner
The Kitty corner at Cozy Canine Camp is a bright, sunny room adjacent to the camp office. Our new, state-of-the-art cat condos have secret doors which can open up to allow cats from the same family to visit each other while maintaining their own space.
Kitty Corner Amenities
- A three-room condo
- Litter area is treated with Feliway on arrival to help with any anxiety
- A view of a flat screen TV which plays kitty entertainment videos
- Cat toys and individual scratching post in each room
- Cat Nip available if allowed by pet parent
- Daily time in the cat play room
- Soft bedding
- Fresh food and water changed at least twice per day (or per instruction)
- Choice of scoopable or clumpable litter
- Litter scooped/changed at least twice daily
- Night time tuck in service.
- Individual attention from camp counselors
Safety
- We use a strict protocol for monitoring and documenting bowel movements, urine production, eating habits several times per day.
- Cat safe cleaning and sanitizing only are used in Kitty Corner
- Cats are made to move everyday even if they don’t want to! This helps prevent cystitis.
- Flea check on arrival
- Weight taken and recorded on arrival. Weekly weight checks on longer stays.
At Cozy Canine Camp, you can rest assured that your feline companion is receiving the love and care they need while you’re away. Our camp counselors learn the names and needs of each cat camper to ensure that they are as comfortable and happy as possible. The bowel habits, urine, eating habits and general mood are documented throughout the day by our camp counselors throughout the day as well.
Cat Boarding Rates
Late checkout can be scheduled after 12 noon- $15. Fee is waived for boarding cats in grooming on day of departure.
A flat rate holiday fee of $5 is added to the day of certain holidays and includes a special holiday treat or service.
Deposits and Cancelation Policy
$30 deposit required to confirm boarding reservation and applied to stay.
Cancelation with 48hrs notice are forfeited, up to 7 days notice are applied as store credit, more than 7 days notice are refunded.
